To maintain our promise of being as transparent as possible we would like to explain why we have chosen to launch on Polygon Network over other networks. This is a difficult decision to make and can affect the future of our project so we did not make this decision lightly.
- Ethereum NFT Bridge: Although not complete we see a future where native Ethereum NFTs will be able to port to Polygon, or vice versa. This opens the doors for major potential since the majority of the NFT space is currently run on Ethereum and will allow us to service the larger NFt market.
- Low Gas Fees: Obviously our protocol can only thrive if everyone is able to participate no matter how small so the high gas fees of Ethereum would never work for us.
- Decentralization: In an effort to be as decentralized as possible, Polygon is aligned with those efforts.
- Other Projects: We have begun to see other major projects begin to port over to Polygon such as Aave and Decentraland which are major protocols that we would like to share a chain with for future integrations
- Potential: We see a limited amount of NFT protocols currently on Polygon which will allow us to stand out from the crowd.
